1. PAYMENT METHODS
:We accept the following payment methods:

2.CURRENCY:
All prices are in USD (US dollars) unless another currency is specifically mentioned.
3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ):
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model and color. We do not offer single piece orders.
4. PRICING AND OFFERS:
Prices are subject to change without notice, but customer offers are held for 30 days.
5. SAMPLING AND PROJECT APPROVAL:
- Before production, a sample is created for review and approval.
- Production will start only after the sample is confirmed.
- Please note that all samples require a non-refundable deposit until the sample is shipped.
6. PAYMENT Journal:
- We require a 50% deposit of the total order value before production begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due after the order is placed but before delivery.
- For established customers with proven payment history, alternative payment terms can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
7. PAYMENT LIMITATION:
Payment is due within 15 days from the date of the deposit invoice and within 15 days from the date of the final invoice.
8. PAYMENT DELAYS:
- Payment delays may affect production and delivery schedule for future orders.
- Timely payment is essential to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of your order.
9. CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
- Orders can only be canceled without penalty if made within three days of the order.
- Cancellation requests received after the production process has begun may incur an additional fee.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
- Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice.
- We are committed to providing safe and reliable delivery services for your order. Our goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products to their chosen destination. If you have any special requests or requirements for shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
11. TAXES AND DUTIES:
Unless otherwise noted, all prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or other charges imposed by their local authorities or customs authorities in connection with the purchase and importation of our products. Please contact your local tax or customs authorities for information on applicable fees.
12. CREDIT TERMS:
We do not offer credit terms for payment. All orders must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule in these payment terms. Payment must be made before production begins and before delivery. We do not offer products on credit or extend credit terms to customers.
13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- Returns are permitted only for damaged or defective products.
- Refunds or replacements will be offered for returned products in accordance with our return policy.
